interview questions ! wish list

Occasionally on Twitter an interviewer-to-be will post a question to the effect of, "About to interview Yeasayer - any questions you'd like me to ask them?"

It occurs to me this is just begging to be a thread topic. ;) So...

What questions would you suggest to someone interviewing Yeasayer? :)
