I think Final Path was released on the Wait for the Summer single, wasn't it? Yes it was! But the version from the Daytrotter session is way better I think! :-)

Thanks for reminding me of this song Olga! And nice on the daytrotter link, better than watching lousy youtube clips with bad sound ;o) You're welcome! I had this song (the Daytrotter version to be exact) on repeat for quite a while.

Anyway, I completely agree with Grizelda, it sounds absolutely beautiful live. Anand's amazing and I love it when Ira starts singing too. Not to mention when Ira starts his bass bit! :) That was sort of a moment of revelation, when seeing them live, in contrast to listening to the album, where you can't tell what sound is coming from whom/what. I was like, "OhhHHhh!" [in a Modern Lovers' Jonathan Richman "Monologue About Bermuda" sense. ;) ] "Grizelda" has definitely melded in a good direction, in the stewpot of touring, in my view. [BTW, and off-topic: That Jonathan Richman track is long, but an entertaining listen. The old Modern Lovers song he excerpts ("She Cracked") really did have the lyrics he sings here. ;) ]

I don't know how I could forget the bass bit! I'm always mesmerized when I watch a live video and it starts. Let alone actually hearing it live.
